Shipping policy

Shipping Policy -ALL packages are sent out within 5 Business days via your chosen method of shipping. All flat rate shipping items will be sent out USPS first class mail. Tracking info is sent via email once your order is shipped out -If tracking shows an error, you can't seem to track it or there's a delay in delivery, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you! -If a package states 'DELIVERED' and you cannot locate it, it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS -We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address that was entered by customer at checkout. Please verify address BEFORE submitting your order. -We are not responsble for shipping costs on returns Need to make a return or exchange? -All return shipping fees are at the responsibility of the customer -Ship back within 14 business days of delivery date -Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
